Date of Chalet: 24 November 2010

Time to meet: 2pm

Place to meet: Tenah Merah MRT station

What to bring:
- MONEY $$ (esp those who didn't pay the $30 bucks)
- UR FOOD/DRINKS. yeah. marshmallows, fried rice, spaghetti, chips, 1.5L green tea etc. THE MORE THE MERRIER.
- Some extra clothes if you wanna change
- VERY IMPT IF YOU STAYING OVER YEH. Toiletries.
- and anything you NEED eg ~~condoms~~ medication
- there may be more but I can't think of anymore atm.

Ok, please have your lunch at home k? We will take 2 from Tenah Merah MRT station to Changi Village, then take 29 to the resort. Yeah.

Btw we are shopping for food/materials needed on 23 Nov. Anyone wanna tag along let us know? Or got any suggestions of anything to buy yeah.

We will be cutting costs by buying the food ourselves. We have decided against buying from caterers.
So we would really appreciate if you guys can bring some home-cooked food, it would really cut costs. (:

Some possible changes!

Okay hi everyone again.

Gid and Ashburn wanna join us. So we have to upgrade the chalet.
And we have to change the date one day later... so instead of 23 we having it on 24. rawr.

But I have to know if you all are okay with it. 24 November. It's just a day difference. If not we just have to stick to the original one. And I'm sorry Gid and Ashburn can't stayover, but they can go for the outing and BBQ.

So anw, the chalet is Changi Chalet which costs $290. So more ppl can stay overnight.
You guys fine with it? it's just 20 bucks extra and they will have to pay as well. (if they pay 40 each we have $60 more to spend on food and other misc)

More Details and HOME COOKED FOOD TO SAVE $$?

Okay so it has been decided.
I have booked a chalet liao. $267.50
Erm u want more details of the chalet, it's Aloha Resorts. Changi. Netheravon Terraces, 25 Netheveron Road. Unit B. The check-in timing is between 3:00pm to 7:30pm and the check-out timing is between 8:30am to 10:30am.

Yu Shiyang will be in-charge of collecting the money, and maybe implement some taxes, so be prepared to bring some money on Thursday! (Exact amount not confirmed, let you guys know on Wednesday?)

We are going to have BBQ too right? Well the bbq food costs over a hundred bucks so does anyone wanna volunteer to bring home-cooked/home-marinated food?
This is important as it will help to save costs .__. so yea hope you guys could bring some home-cooked stuff. (: Let me know if you're bringing k?
