Working @ Singtel TM Day One (12 Dec) ~
you know what its like -- first day of work is usually nervous, excited, jittery, etc etc you know, all sorts of feelings. well whatever. i had agreed to help out on this extra day cos i had to cover for someone who could not make it that day... so i was like gobbling my lunch at 1130, finished at dunno wad time, rushed to the MRT, and finally reached the singtel shop at 12.15.. Zzz.. i got there, told one of the staff i was here for the singtel ebilling thingy. and i was told to go back and change. =.= cos i came in the wrong dress code.. -_-" ARGHH!! so feeling rather embarassed and pissed, i went home. i changed into jeans, put on my sneakers, and went bak to TM. when i reached there, i reported to the store manager. it was a rather scary experience cos i reached there at 1.45pm.. zzz.. when i was supposed to reach at 12noon!! but the manager didnt scold me. he just told me to join my partner, Ping Liang. so i approached him and told him i was also here for the ebilling. he was very friendly and we were friends instantly. we even managed to get six costomers to sign up!! that was quite alot! XD so finally after helping our last costomer with the ebilling thingy, it was 4.50, about 20 mins later than the time we were allowed to go home!! we went home after that. feeling very satisfied cos it was quite alot of ppl we got. =) so thats all for my first day of work! XD
